Blessen Varghese
(Founder & Executive Director)

Blessen Varghese is an American-born South Indian who has a heart to serve the Lord. A nurse leader by vocation, he tries to blend compassion and care to those he encounters. Not perfect by any standard, he seeks to bring people together in a time where division has become normal. The year 2020 showed many the pitfalls of humanity yet also revealed the essence of true community. Build Revival is aimed to help bridge many different people together to have open-honest discussions. Blessen has grown up in the church and owes a great deal of his perspective to his Christian values. In short, his Christian faith is the lens in which he views the world. Blessen is married to his love Suja and they have one child.

“God's definition of what matters is pretty straightforward. He measures our lives by how we love.”
― Francis Chan, Crazy Love: Overwhelmed by a Relentless God

Benjamin Thariath

(Lead Executive)

Benjamin is a New York native, who has a heart to serve those who have been marginalized by society, specifically those who live with disabilities. After witnessing the hardships that people without advocates face, God placed a passion in his heart to advocate for people with disabilities. Benjamin has a passion to share the love of Jesus through his work. He strongly believes that we were created to live in community with one another, regardless of our limitations. For the last eight years, he has been working to remove social and physical barriers faced by people with disabilities, while creating a more inclusive society. Benjamin’s genuine heart for people goes far beyond his work as an advocate. He hopes to continue removing the negative stigma surrounding people with disabilities and organically connect people together through his love for the Lord.
